I specialise in resource management and environmental law, offering comprehensive support through resource consent and district and regional planning processes. I can provide advice on and prepare submissions as well as assist with Council and Environment Court hearings through to appeals in higher courts. My experience includes using judicial review to challenge decisions, in addition to handling declaration and enforcement proceedings.

I also have significant expertise in all aspects of employment law. This includes providing strategic advice and representation in personal grievances and other employment litigation.

With over two decades in law, I have expertise across diverse sectors including local and central government, private practice, and environmental NGOs.

I have wide ranging experience including preparing opinions and submissions, negotiation and mediation to advocacy in the Courts, including the Supreme Court.
